Goals and Objectives

To provide exceptional experiences and memories for members, guests, and prospects during their visits.



  • Greet and welcome members. 
  • Assist members with food and beverage items at the Comfort Stations.
  • Provide members with descriptions of items, answer questions and give suggestions.
  • Check for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company laws and regulations. 
  • Responsible for keeping the Comfort Station clean.
  • Short order cooking duties to include grilling food product provided by the culinary team.
  • Follow proper food handling policies.
  • Re-stock and requisition food and beverage items for the following day.
  • Maintain adequate par stock levels of food and beverage items.  Control rotation of product to insure quality and control waste.
  • Complete inventories.  Responsible to ensure liquor is properly secured and inventoried.
  • Settle member checks according to company standards
  • Provide a fond farewell.  Express concerns for members' satisfaction with food and service and extend a departing "MAHALO".
  • Work at special events as needed.  Duties to include set up, break down, and site cleaning of events.
  • Comply with food safety requirements as deemed by the Company and the Department of Health.
  • Follow safe work practices, including the correct lifting techniques and use of equipment.
  • Responsible for relocating food and beverage supplies and equipment to and from storage areas as needed.
  • Respond professionally to inebriated members according to club policies and Maui county liquor laws.
  • Report to work on time and as scheduled.
  • Comply with all Maui County liquor laws.
  • Comply with all Company policy and procedures.
  • Complete other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
  • Minimum of 2 year experience as a waiter or bartender in a full service restaurant.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proof of a negative TB test.
  • Valid state of Hawaii liquor card.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday and a shift greater than eight (8) hours in length.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; additional languages preferred.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than four (4) hours, and lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing and pulling.
